Az \u00edr\u00e1s v\u00e9g\u00e9n kider\u00fcl, hogy melyek a sikeres v\u00e1llalati eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gprogram titkai \u00e9s buktat\u00f3i.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00e9pz\u00e9seken gyakran elhangzik, hogy az az ember teszi j\u00f3l, aki folyamatosan k\u00e9pzi mag\u00e1t \u00e9s majd a s\u00edrk\u00f6v\u00e9re az lesz \u00edrva: \u201etanulm\u00e1nyait befejezte!\u201d Ezzel a filoz\u00f3fi\u00e1val v\u00e1gtam bele egy munkahelyi wellbeing projekt menedzser k\u00e9pz\u00e9sbe, ahol sz\u00e1mtalan \u00e9rdekes adattal tal\u00e1lkoztam. Szeretn\u00e9m a sz\u00e1momra leg\u00e9rdekesebb tanulm\u00e1nyokat \u00e9s eredm\u00e9nyeket kiemelni egy kis piaci \u00e1ttekint\u00e9ssel.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Nem csak a munka \u00e9s a munkahely hat a dolgoz\u00f3k fizikai \u00e9s ment\u00e1lis eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gi \u00e1llapot\u00e1ra, hanem a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gi \u00e1llapota is hat a v\u00e1llalatra \u00e9s annak \u00fczleti teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00e9re.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\/WHO (1950!)\/<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00c9rdekes kutat\u00e1si eredm\u00e9nyek<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gprogramok eredm\u00e9nye a Gallup kutat\u00e1sa szerint, hogy az er\u0151sen elk\u00f6telezettek 21%-kal termel\u00e9kenyebbek \u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fck is a top 20% sokkal kevesebbet hi\u00e1nyzik (41%) \u00e9s jelent\u0151sen alacsonyabb a fluktu\u00e1ci\u00f3 (59%!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9rdekes adatokkal szolg\u00e1lt a t\u00e1pp\u00e9nzen t\u00f6lt\u00f6tt napokra vonatkoz\u00f3 kutat\u00e1s is, miszerint az okok a legt\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151kre vezethet\u0151k vissza (Serxner, 2001):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00fals\u00faly \u2013 116%-kal t\u00f6bb t\u00e1pp\u00e9nzen t\u00f6lt\u00f6tt nap, mint az \u00e1tlag.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inaktivit\u00e1s \u2013 118%-al t\u00f6bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Munkahelyi stressz \u2013 131%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u00e1tf\u00e1j\u00e1s \u2013 140%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ment\u00e1lis probl\u00e9m\u00e1k \u2013 150%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ha megb\u00edzunk a WHO 2017-es kutat\u00e1s\u00e1ban (mi\u00e9rt ne tenn\u00e9nk?), akkor egy v\u00e1llalati eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gprogram 3 \u00e9v alatt 27%-kal cs\u00f6kkenti a hi\u00e1nyz\u00e1st. Ezt er\u0151s\u00edti az a kutat\u00e1s is, miszerint, ahol nincs eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gprogram, ott 4-szer nagyobb val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171s\u00e9ggel vesz\u00edtj\u00fck el a legjobb dolgoz\u00f3kat a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 12 h\u00f3napban \/Vaughan-Jones-Barham, 2009\/.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Mi\u00e9rt marad el vagy \u201eveget\u00e1l\u201d sok helyen az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gprogram?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00e9rdezheti az ember, hogy ha ez ennyire egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171, akkor mi\u00e9rt nem fektetnek erre sokkal nagyobb hangs\u00falyt a v\u00e1llalatok. Egyr\u00e9szt a megt\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9s 3-5 \u00e9v alatt lesz egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171en k\u00e9zzelfoghat\u00f3, m\u00e1sr\u00e9szt szak\u00e9rt\u0151k sz\u00fcks\u00e9gesek a m\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00fckh\u00f6z, akik sok helyen nem \u00e1llnak rendelkez\u00e9sre. Oka lehet m\u00e9g, hogy id\u0151 k\u00f6zben lecser\u00e9l\u0151dik p\u00e1r vezet\u0151, esetleg a HR-en p\u00e1r koll\u00e9ga vagy valamelyik oszt\u00e1lyon nagy a fluktu\u00e1ci\u00f3. Ilyenkor m\u00e9g nehezebb k\u00f6vetni a v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokat.
