It examines how effectively the organisation uses its budget, whether the system complies with the current legal and tax environment, and whether the benefits provide genuine value to employees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The audit focuses on three key areas:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"true\">\n<li><strong>Costs and taxation:<\/strong> It identifies opportunities for more favourable taxation, highlights costly or underused benefits, and shows how the existing budget could be used more effectively.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal and tax compliance:<\/strong> It helps uncover errors and potential risks that could lead to tax authority or employment-related issues in the future.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Employee value and competitiveness:<\/strong> It compares the benefits offered with employees\u2019 actual needs and current labour market practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The aim is not necessarily for the company to spend more on employee benefits. The objective is to direct the available budget towards solutions that employees know, use and value. In this way, the benefits system can make a genuine contribution to employee satisfaction and retention while strengthening the employer brand.<\/p>\n<h2>Health Benefit Audit<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Companies often provide several health-related benefits, programmes and services simultaneously. Employees may be unaware of some of them, while others may be used only rarely. At the same time, important employee needs may remain unaddressed by the existing system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A Health Benefit Audit maps the health-related benefits, services, activities and resources currently available within the organisation. Employee feedback also reveals which options are known, used and considered valuable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The assessment provides insight into:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Employees\u2019 awareness, use and perception of health benefits<\/li>\n<li>The relative value of individual benefits<\/li>\n<li>Missing, underperforming or unnecessarily overlapping elements<\/li>\n<li>Employees\u2019 priorities regarding health-related benefits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The results are presented in a clear benefits overview and evaluation. This can support the development of a corporate health strategy, the restructuring of the existing benefits portfolio, and the professional preparation of employer programmes or funding applications.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A Health Benefit Audit helps the company move beyond a collection of isolated services and develop a coordinated, cost-effective health programme based on employees\u2019 actual needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Psychosocial Risk Assessment<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A psychosocial risk assessment identifies and evaluates mental and emotional strain arising from work organisation, job demands, management practices and workplace relationships. Its purpose is to identify factors that may lead to chronic stress, burnout or health problems\u2014such as excessive workload or a lack of support\u2014and thereby contribute to a safe and healthy working environment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The assessment identifies:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Workplace psychosocial risks<\/li>\n<li>Strengths that the organisation can build on<\/li>\n<li>Employees\u2019 motivations and areas of interest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In Hungary, employers are legally required to address psychosocial risks as part of their occupational health and safety risk assessment and to take the necessary preventive measures. These obligations are governed by Act XCIII of 1993 on Occupational Safety.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Overall, a psychosocial risk assessment identifies organisational strengths, risks and employee motivations, providing a solid foundation for a targeted and effective health strategy that also reflects employees\u2019 actual needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Additional Corporate Assessments<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Depending on the organisation\u2019s situation and objectives, additional assessments may also be included:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Mobility audit<\/li>\n<li>Medical health assessments using methods such as InBody analysis<\/li>\n<li>AI-assisted analysis of laboratory results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Which Assessment Does Your Company Need?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Every organisation faces different challenges.
