3. Complaints about the services of insurance companies

4. Billing and settlement issues with insurance companies
Insurance companies typically expect changes for the following month to be reported by the 20th of each month, in the usual format. For most insurers, we forward this to them to minimise the possibility of error.
The following month’s bill will already include the premium difference if these changes are received in time. If it is received later, however, it will not. In such cases, subsequent invoices will usually include the fee difference retroactively.
For policies treated as actual group insurance, premiums will not follow the changes as long as the fluctuation is within 5%. Settlement is made when the no-claims bonus is calculated at the end of the year.
